Nico Freccia Co-Founder / Business Operations
Nico has worked in the service, bar and management areas of the restaurant business for 20 years. Prior to opening the 21st Amendment, Nico was the manager and maitre'd at Delfina, one of the most highly acclaimed new restaurants in San Francisco. Prior to Delfina, Nico worked as a maitre'd and waiter at Chez Michel, one of San Francisco's few four star restaurants. nico@21.stamendment.com

Shaun O'Sullivan Co-Founder / Business Operations
Shaun is a veteran of many years of brewing in the San Francisco Bay area. His beers have won many medals and awards around the United States. Shaun comes from a long and distinguished brewing background. He was the Head Brewer at Steelhead Brewery at Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco and the Head Brewer at Twenty Tank brewpub in San Francisco. Shaun got his start as the Assistant Brewer at Triple Rock Brewery and Alehouse in Berkeley, CA. He is also the KFOG (104.5) morning show beer expert where he regularly mixes it up with Dave Morey and the morning show crew. Also, a regular on the The Brewing Network internet radio brewing show. Shaun has spoken at the Commonwealth Club of San Francisco on a panel discussing Craft Beer in America. Shaun is experienced in recipe design, and enjoys complete control over beer production with an eye toward the creation of interesting new beers. shaun@21st.amendment.com

Lloyd Knight General Manager
Lloyd Knight comes from a long and distinguished brewing background. Lorenzo Kersevan Executive Chef
Lorenzo Kersevan worked in all areas of the industry from waiter to bartender, catering to host to captain and maitre'd. Along the way, he rummaged for materials to make the perfect martini with legendary Hollywood director Billy Wilder, served caviar to Sean Connery, delivered pizza to Chevy Chase, Martin Short and George Carlin and worked and learned every area of the restaurant business. lorenzo@21st.amendment.com
